None of these warrant stopping.
Worth pausing over: Persistent nausea, diarrhea that doesn’t resolve after 7–10 days, or any noticeable muscle weakness. These can signal that your dose is simply too high. The FDA’s Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for magnesium from supplements is 350 mg of elemental magnesium per day — and that’s a ceiling, not a target.
